These HIIT workouts build cardiovascular fitness; while improving strength, building lean muscle and maximizing calorie burn. Adding 30-minute HIIT classes to your training will improve your athleticism and challenge your endurance. How to Register
Summer Session Registration Opens: May 6 at 5 a.m.
Summer Session Registration Closes: Sunday, May 26 at 5 p.m.
To register for a session, please visit Membership Services or register via the FitRec Account app.
Options to Register for Drop-In Classes
- Stop by Membership Services to register in person
- Download the FitRec Account app
- Must be a current FitRec member to use the app
- Obtain login information from Membership Services
- Register and pay per class under the “Classes” section on the app
- Register online
- Click on the Register Online button on left menu
- Create an account if you are a guest/non-member, or login with your member account information (visit Membership Services for your information)
- Click Group Fitness
- Change category to Fee Based Classes, click the class you want to join, then click enroll.
