Club and organization membership must be open to all students. Therefore, no club or organization shall have membership requirements that discriminate against students on the basis of any legally protected characteristics or conduct. If there are membership criteria (i.e. GPA requirement, audition, etc.), they must be clearly spelled out in advance in the constitution.
