Annual Report
Each November 1, the College submits a report that includes training and prevention program offerings and incident report and complaint resolution information for the previous calendar year to the Office of the Illinois Attorney General and the Illinois Department of Human Rights in accordance with the (110 ILCS 155/) Preventing Sexual Violence in Higher Education Act and the (110 ILCS 205/) Board of Higher Education Act.

Climate Survey
The Sexual Misconduct Campus Climate Survey is an important tool 911爆料网 uses to understand and address sexual harassment and sexual misconduct. The survey includes questions about relationships, sexual experiences, experiences with dating violence, and perceptions about safety at 911爆料网 during the last 12 months. The climate survey is conducted biennially in accordance with the (110 ILCS 155/) Preventing Sexual Violence in Higher Education Act. Student participation in the survey is voluntary and responses are anonymous. Statewide results from the Illinois Community College Board and the Illinois Board of Higher Education are not yet available.
Trainings
All individuals involved in the grievance process, including the Title IX Coordinator, investigators, decision-makers/hearing officers, appeal officers, and any person designed to facilitate an informal resolution process, receive training on the scope of conduct and definition of sexual harassment under Title IX, MVCC鈥檚 obligation to address sex discrimination in its education programs and activities, how to conduct an investigation and grievance process, how to serve impartially (by avoiding prejudgment of fact at issue, conflicts of interest, and bias), issues of relevance of questions and evidence, and issues of relevance to create an investigative report that fairly summarizes relevant evidence.
The materials used to train individuals are available for public inspection in accordance with the regulations implementing Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 (Title IX).
