All sales are final.聽No requests for cancellations, exchanges, or refunds are accepted. Ticket exchanges for academic shows must be requested 48 hours prior to the event, can only be for the same performance different date, and are subject to a $4.00 exchange fee.
In the event a performance is canceled due to an Act of God, natural disaster, adverse weather,聽or for any other cause reasonably beyond Moraine Valley鈥檚 control, the Box Office will refund or credit the purchase price of such tickets EXCLUDING all service charges.
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, the ticketholder will be notified, and tickets automatically will be moved to the new performance date. If ticket holders do not wish to attend the rescheduled date, a credit will be issued. Credits can be used toward any future event at the Fine and Performing Arts Center.
We recommend purchasing tickets in advance to secure preferred seating for reserved events. Tickets purchased one hour prior to the event will be selected by the Box Office at the best available seating.
Out of courtesy to the artist(s) and patrons, anyone arriving after the performance has started will be seated at the discretion of house managers.
Moraine Valley is a smoke-free campus, this includes but it not limed to tobacco products, including any cigarettes, cigars, cigarillos, pipes, hookah products, as well as electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes) or vapor devices. There is a fine of $30 associated with this offense. However, smoking is permitted in one鈥檚 personal vehicle.
We do not have a paging system in our auditorium. If there is an emergency, contact the Moraine Valley Police Department at (708) 974-5555.
Yes, you can request a seat and the Box Office associate will do their best to honor that request for non-general admission performances. If a patron has a special request in regards to their seats such as wheelchair accessibility, we ask that patrons please inform the associate upon ordering.
Every performance has a different running time. Most performances are about two hours in length, with a 15-minute intermission. Call the Box Office at (708) 974-5500 the week of a specific performance for the running time.
