  3. Eastern Illinois University participates in the Compact Agreement with Moraine Valley. Completing an Associate in Arts (A.A.) or Associate in Science (A.S.) degree at Moraine Valley satisfies lower-division general education requirements and grant the student junior standing.
  4. Through , students can enter Moraine Valley courses into their profile under the 鈥淐ourses鈥 tab.
    • Students can also enter test scores such as CLEP and AP. Once you build your course list, select 鈥淪earch for Matches.鈥 Type 鈥淓astern鈥 into the search bar. Select Eastern Illinois University. This will return a list of course equivalencies.
    • To view how your courses will apply to a major, select 鈥淎pply Courses to a Program鈥 on the right side of the page. Select your program of study from the list. Select 鈥淪ee how your courses might apply to this program.鈥
    • A window will pop up asking 鈥淒o you want to view how courses from another school might apply to this program?鈥 Select 鈥淵es鈥 and pick Moraine Valley Community from the drop-down list.
    • A box will pop up confirming your request. You may click on this box now or select the 鈥淧rograms鈥 tab in the menu near the top of the screen.
    • If you see a spinning circle under 鈥淪tatus,鈥 wait a few moments and refresh the page. Once you see a checkmark under 鈥淪tatus,鈥 you may select the transfer guide under 鈥淧rogram.鈥 This returns a transfer guide for your major displaying both Eastern鈥檚 course codes and Moraine Valley鈥檚 equivalencies.
    • You can print this document and view it any time under the 鈥淧rograms鈥 tab in your Transferology account.
  5. Students can also view Eastern鈥檚 to see how individual classes transfer from Moraine Valley to Eastern. The Eastern course is on the left with the Moraine Valley equivalency on the right in each column.
