Please join us on National Voter Registration Day!

Register to vote and learn how you can earn money working as an election technician at this event hosted by the Moraine Valley Democracy Commitment and Student Life teams, in collaboration with the League of Women Voters and Cook County Board of Elections. Students, faculty and staff will share why voting in the 2024 election is important to them. Attendees will receive sample ballots, a timeline of key election dates, and other voter education information.

Cyclonepalooza

Join Student Life on Wednesday, May 8 at 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. for an end of the semester celebration at Cyclonepalooza! Previously called “Spring Fest,” it will take place on campus outside by the Gateway (rain location is the FitRec gymnasium in Building H). There will be free food, games, prizes, a resource fair and more. This event is free and open to all Moraine Valley students.

The Democracy Commitment and Student Life are co-hosting voter registration drives on campus on February 28 and February 29! For more information on how to register to vote – either on campus, online, or by mail – please see below:

Voter Registration Information

To find out if you are registered to vote, use this .
To register online, use this (need to request at least 16 days prior to election).
To request to vote by mail, use this (need to request at least 27 days prior to election).
To find out where you vote in person in Illinois, use this link:

Voter Registration and Identification Information
: Register online until 16 days before election, by mail 27 days before election, in person at election office or same day registration; must have resided in precinct for at least 30 days in which you intend to vote.
